To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 吃一頓燒肉午餐相信就是Happy Friday的vibe!和同事一行人早早訂位,所以到店後可以直接入座😊翻開餐牌發現餐點有點不同,以往B餐最便宜的百多元價位有牛肉,現在只是豬及雞拼盆,有點兒失望。所以選擇A餐,自選兩至三款肉。牛肋肉$52 +雞腿肉 $42每份肉各4件,牛肉切片有厚度,燒熟後保留肉汁,很JUICY!而爽口多汁的雞腿肉連雞皮,發現新食法,就是可把皮分開,耐心置網的一旁慢慢烘熟,轉眼便有油口滿溢的燒雞皮吃啦~香蔥溫泉玉子飯 $21 無限追加下單時可選飯、蔥、汁的份量,走青人士FRIENDLY🌱如果多汁還是不夠,可以自行用枱上的燒肉汁添加😋所有東西MIX在一起就很好味啦!最後一共吃了兩碗,你們最高記錄是多少碗飯?前菜沙律、昆布湯、凍檸檬茶 $0, $0, $2前菜沙律分量偏少,以往的生菜變成蕃茄,不過仍然美味,只是沙律份量可多點。湯中規中矩,適合吃完沙律後清一清味蕾再吃肉。飲品方面冷熱同價,但請注意挑選凍飲品時,如果要飲管的便要收取額外$2喔!飽餐一頓,準時交枱,也要回公司繼續工作啦~
