羊架嘅生熟度控制得好好，容易切開而且口感軟熟，羊羶味適中，如果怕羊羶味亦可以點旁邊嘅芥醬。值得一提嘅係佢哋嘅蒸蛋頗高質，蒸蛋鮮而嫩，而且加咗蟹柳有淡淡嘅海鮮味。
Lamp chop is nicely cooked, that conserve the tenderness of the lamb chop. It was grilled with a slightly gamy flavour. The Japanese steam egg is unexpectedly in high quality, which is fresh and blended with the taste of seafood.

燒汁好好咁提升肉味，同時牛仔扒本身帶有油香，味道吸引，但有部份牛仔扒較多筋，所以比較難咬。
The grilled steak is served with BBQ sauce, that has strengthened the taste of meat, while supplementing the oily flavour of the steak. Yet, the steak is quite stiff, which is hard to bite and chew.
