我們讀了一會餐牌,大概20:10落單,點了5片刺身、一大堆串燒及兩杯酒
等到約20:15,刺身及兩杯酒先到
再有餐點上桌已經是20:55,但一直不齊全

面衣太厚在「不熟」下已經不值一提

牛舌也很厚,第一塊都頗為軟熟,但第二塊開始畫風突變為車呔。現場環境昏暗,真想開啟YouTube播放古天樂的「想節能、輪胎能」。
不知道如此暗的環境是否想掩飾大部分串燒都燒成炭的事實。

*吐*完牛舌,我們已經對餐廳的食物、上菜速度等極為不滿,結帳前也有聽見鄰桌催單。
一看帳單,三位客人合共HK$2321,實在是嘩然。
1.5小時前點卻遲遲未見蹤影的雞髀菇、燒菠蘿等等仍在賬單上。
幾款食物我在1.5小時前開始催促侍應,他們連食物有否到達都不知道?
反映侍應根本不關心客人餐點到沒,只是隨便叫了廚房一聲就罷,不知道還以為是樓下大排檔,真是引我發笑。
我都未說完,女侍應便粗魯駁斥,稱她已催促廚房,跟她說沒有用;彷彿我點了甚麼食物都與樓面無關。

我繼續投訴其餘食物質素,問「你們這般食物質素,好不好意思收我2000大元」。
她看不到桌上炭灰,卻跟我說「你已經吃了下肚,每個客人都是這樣豈不是不用做生意」
牛頭不搭馬嘴,我只是要一句道歉。
之後她一臉不服地向廚房講,不消一會就聽又有人再吐露四字真言;我聽到粗口聲音由靠近開放式廚房的方向傳來。
來回檢查了幾次帳單,終於成功刪除沒有到來的餐點,合共仍收HK$2000+。

付款後我們便快快離開,在餐廳門口又再聽見四字真言。
我看著餐廳,見到廚房內有個男人死死的盯著我。
不知所謂;食物差服務差都還有人光顧,難怪香港餐飲水平每況越下。

原諒我未有拍很多照片佐證,因為食物沒有吸引到我拿起手機拍照。

揸車去左大坑食個lunch,漫無目的咁行左陣,係呢個小區搵見間日本居酒屋啲lunch set幾抵食。餐廳入邊都幾多外國人,都係滿座。叫咗個三文魚海膽定食同埋銀雪魚定食,前菜有日本蒸蛋沙律麵豉湯,主要份量都好多,二百蚊幾蚊食到咁既定食抵到爛。啲三文魚同海膽尚算新鮮,不過啲飯可以多返少少。銀雪魚就同出面食到成百蚊既都一樣質素,肉質鮮嫩。

I’ve gone for this JapaneseRestaurant in WarrenStreet: no13modern_japanese_cuisine - cosy environment, quality food and intensive services 🎄🌳 今日再去這間 日本料理,在華倫街,食物質素不錯、環境都舒適。- 個烏冬做得唔錯、個湯味道都好好- 魚生壽司可以講係呢間店嘅強項、冇得彈The only drawback is that the background music is exceptionally loud, which fits for a nightclub, but not for lunch session. 🪴 唯一最大問題就是,店內的背景音樂,有點兒太大聲,而且太過搖滾,對一間夜店來說是正常,但是對午餐時段,就有點不適合。🤔

We had a shockingly bad experience and will caution other customers to stay away from this place. Biggest complaint is the waiter who served us had been wearing mask under his chin the whole night, including taking orders, serving food and talking to guests!? We asked him to pull it up but he still didn’t want to wear mask properly and asked us to report him if we want. We had a shockingly bad experience and will caution other customers to stay away from this place.

Biggest complaint is the waiter who served us had been wearing mask under his chin the whole night, including taking orders, serving food and talking to guests!? We asked him to pull it up but he still didn’t want to wear mask properly and asked us to report him if we want. It shows total ignorance to guests’ health and is extremely irresponsible during pandemic.

Second complaint is they messed up the booking and my friend had no cake for her birthday. We made it clear it’s for a birthday and requested a cake when making the booking. When we arrived, a waitress said we need to pre-order the dessert 20-30 mins prior, which we did. After 45 mins, there’s no cake. The same waiter who didn’t wear mask said how about we just cancel the dessert as it’s not even made and we need to wait for another half an hour. It’s really disappointing and embarrassing to not have a cake for a birthday dinner and worse part is the waiter totally didn’t care we were there for a special occasion and did nothing to remedy the situation.

Lastly, the same waiter missed out 2 orders and has been busy drinking and entertaining two other tables which ordered more drinks and made a lot of noise. It made many other guests feel left out and you can see the annoyance on many people’s faces.

We do hope people support honest and responsible restaurants to weather the pandemic but not a place like this restaurant which makes money out of us but couldn’t care less about our wellbeing or experience.

這家 No. 13 走新派日本居酒屋路綫,在大坑來說算一間面積較大的店,也有 outdoor 位,目測可坐約50人,看了 Menu, 價錢在這區叫相宜,叫了鰻魚反及海胆丼,鰻魚塊算大但皮不太夠脆,明顯上菜前未燒夠,但才 78元,無投訴啦!海胆丼可以,有3條海胆,也夠新鮮。此店服務員太少,上菜好慢,這些軟件有待改進。

Was wandering about the Tai Hang area, and ran into the restaurant, coincidentally today is Friday the 13th, and the restaurant's called No.13. Ordered from their lunch menu, relatively good value for the food quality. Enjoyed the background music, restaurant decor, and as well the lunch was pretty good. recommend if you r in the area.
