記得第一次食日日香鵝肉飯店是在銅鑼灣的時代廣場food court,估不到連北角和富也有分店。今日前來北角探朋友,邀請她一起晚飯,試一吓新店。滷水鵝脾飯招牌滷水鵝必食。鵝脾位置皮薄,沒有多餘脂肪,肉質軟熟。滷水汁恰到好處,不會太甜膩,建議再蘸少許白醋汁,更顯滋味。配菜有蛋,豆腐…..非常豐富。好喜歡咸菜的配搭,另口感上有層次。見隔離枱的一位伯伯正在吃滷水鵝皇飯,有鵝肝,鵝腎,鵝片….不同部位,相當吸引,下次我也要試吓。

招牌滷水鵝必食。
