老爸今晚有約,只有老媽在家,她話煮幾粒米就算喎....當然唔可以啦!我馬上當乖乖囡陪她,食乜好?就中菜,她最愛。餐廳門面優雅,內裏長方形格局,泊牆兩邊有排長櫈配四人枱,中間一行有五六張大圓枱,還有間獨立房,大圓枱比例較多,皆因這裏有一個綽頭,就是百碟宴,正好有幾圍品嚐緊,大家還不斷拍照呃like,場面熱鬧。餐廳用IPad作為餐簿,既方便又環保,其實老媽不太懂得操作它,但玩下玩下就攪掂啦!分別有涼菜、湯羹、家禽、小菜、素食、飯麵、傳統京菜、廚師推介和甜品。******************************先呷啖熱茶,菊花茶($12/位)很清香, 入口幽香順口, 清熱解膩。******************************老媽也跟我一樣對海蜇情有獨鍾,所以她第一時間就揀了蔥油拌海蜇 Chilled Jellyfish with Sesame oil ($68)。海蜇厚度適中,口感不錯,挺爽彈,啖啖蔥油香,而蔥油的份量亦合宜,吃落不會感到油膩,雖配有芥末醬,但還是不作添加較美味。******************************而我在多款涼菜中,當然看中五香燻魚
