To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日日都要食早餐，梗係想試吓唔同嘅口味啦。中式包又細食到大，大個咗就想食下一啲唔同地方嘅麵包🥯。最近好似多流行食比高，好多麵包舖都出咗唔同口味。今日食嘅係海苔肉鬆味比高包，外表平平無奇，內裏係非常澎湃既肉鬆海苔，鹹鹹地同個包非常之夾。比高包非常煙韌，好有咬口。基本上每一啖都會食到海苔肉鬆，麵包本身亦都夠紮實食完都有個飽足感。見到有啲人食嘅時候會夾其他配料，這個都一樣可以自己DIY。下次希望試吓其他嘅口味。
