師父話:同一個飯,同一塊魚!唔同師父都唔同味道!今日我食到嘅,係正宗嘅日本味

最後用有紫菜嘅豆腐雪糕作結:唔係太甜,豆腐味好重

每次唔同,每次驚喜


廚師壽司重要過刺身,因為壽司先係精粹
