To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間分店有廻轉座位和卡位可供選擇。壽司都是手握的。每星期有特定日子從日本空運刺身到。這間店比較繁忙，星期五、六、日晚，最好早半小時拿定號碼，不然會等比較久一點。手握的壽司種類都算多，松葉蟹壽司滿好吃，除了壽司，還有熟.食如燒雞翼，炸軟殼蟹、牛舌等都好味。我個人比較喜歡它的綠茶雪糕糯米糍，綠茶味夠濃，皮夠靭。平均消費雖然比較高，但如果儲單可申請做會員，每次消費可儲分，下次可用分當銭用，生日月份又有折扣優惠，很好👍
