今日同朋友book咗枱食omakase, 下午舖頭打嚟叫我哋晏半個鐘去,原來因為 鋪頭嘅壽司都係由日本空運嚟香港,當日有飛機延誤,所以師父叫我哋晏啲去,等我哋唔使等咁耐。去到成個用餐體驗幾好。食完一舊師傅先會再整。等我地可以欣賞師傅嘅刀工,同埋佢如何配搭當日嘅時令食材去炮製一道道好味嘅壽司。其中最令我刻像深刻嘅係:南鯨吞拿魚+吞拿魚蓉+海膽。 吞拿魚好新鮮,海膽好creamy, 成個組合好夾,好好味!本身我並唔好刺身或者生野,但食完呢餐omakase後,令我對生野改觀。 食材新鮮,冇腥味。再加埋啲特製醬汁,食到我lamlam利😋😋當日有個小插曲,本身其他食評有話師傅要求我地 徒手食壽司。我當日仲洗定手準備,點知師傅叫我地用筷子食。🤣🤣🤣🤣
