原店位於日本銀座之日本料理「俺之割烹」去年在香港開業的時候座無虛席,我曾晚飯訂枱的最高峰輪候時間要等上╴個月才book 到位,原因係由日本遠道而來嘅店主及其團隊親自傳授主理的食物既新鮮又高的水凖。所以深受各位界人士和有品味的上班族一族欣賞!事隔一年,我再次與友人光顧此餐廳,他們的食物不但保持高質的水準而且菜單上還有驚喜!現在不防和大家分亨–下。
