到了尖沙咀, 想食日本菜, 見到較清靜的棉登徑, 有呢間副有日本傳統的日本料理食店, 所以入去一試, 今日6:00到, 時間尚早, 座位舒適, 侍應先上前菜, 中間的東西好特別, 原來係三文魚頭骨, 用醋浸過, 酸味味的, 好脆口, 冇腥味喎, 而且好薄身, 旁邊還有蕎頭同牛蒡,好健康的食材, 之後係海鮮沙律, 魚生好新鮮,配上溫室豆苗及爽口沙律菜, 加上WASABI及醬油, 好味, 還有面層的蟹籽, 好美味,上了重頭刺身油甘魚, 池魚,伊左魚,油甘魚及三文魚, 叫了薑蓉池魚配上他他紫菜包住, 非常有新鮮感,肉質結實, 又爽口, 冇魚腥味, 薑蓉仲帶出魚鮮甜味添($68); 還有伊左木魚($70), 有層皮, 好煙韌,另外有油甘魚($68)及三文魚(38), 好新鮮, 肉質鮮甜, 好香油香味天氣轉冷, 當然要叫一個熱牛肉鍋, 好足料呀 , 有薄片牛肉, 完全唔韌, 好腍, 還有菜, 冬菇, 豆腐、粉絲、金菇及粟米等等, 湯底好甜, 最後叫了鰻魚炒飯($98),好厚身的鰻魚粒, 唔腥喎, 配上粟米冬菇粒, 飯身乾身, 不會黏口, 好飽肚滿足呀!
