To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係夜上海時間～今次一齊嚟嘅三位日本朋友佢哋以往每年都會嚟一次香港而每次我都會同佢哋去金鐘分店～疫情關係3年無嚟今次緊係要幫襯下K11 musea分店欣賞下日落美景啦～🤭一坐低日本朋友就記返起每年嚟都會飲嘅廿年花雕～即刻叫咗一瓶～女士們鍾意加粒話梅甜甜哋暖暖哋～美味しいですよ😋前菜五小碟：麻醬冰菜、香菜和牛脷、蔥油海蜇頭、古法煙鴨蛋、牛油果素鴨卷～日本朋友最愛冰菜原來日本無～🤭主食：又係每次必點個幾樣～毛豆年糕醬炒蟹、孜然羊肋骨、雞火煮乾絲、甜豆炒百合、蟹粉釀蟹蓋、芙蓉蟹鮮白玉環～估唔到佢哋都超愛羊肋骨～🤭當然仲有日本人最愛嘅勁多汁小籠包～😍最後到甜品：豆腐花、紅棗糕成晚由第一道菜開始就不停聽到日本朋友話美味しい.
