放工去了旺角的長阪燒食晚餐坐低見到季節限定餐牌,我們選擇了8隻生蠔+2杯野飲餐廳環境日本風情,揀了坐吧枱,前面就見到擺放唔同嘅食材,先上了點的餐飲,下圖是 Suntory 三得利生啤同時見到大廚們忙着為我哋準備食物,另外點了菠蘿汁,無酒精,合適我朋友唔飲得酒。緊接就上了8隻日本真蠔有八隻新鮮開嘅生蠔🦪,兩個人share,作為今餐的開始,有好好 impression,生蠔🦪好新鮮,試下佢地收縮,證明真係新鮮即開,而生蠔食落鮮甜 + 有海水味 👍🏻拖羅根沙律上面嘅沙律菜新鮮,熟拖羅加上有三文魚魚子、洋蔥、番茄仔、酸酸甜甜好醒胃。北海道松葉蟹蓋,即係甲羅燒:之前在其他餐廳有食過甲羅燒配烤法包片、梳打餅。串燒物方面呢就有燒牛舌、提燈(即係初生雞蛋)仲有免治雞肉棒、雞胸軟骨比較特別嘅係今次第一次食串燒點呢個蛋黃,提燈都係比較特別,食落即是去咗蛋白又夾得起既蛋黃。特大虎蝦呢兩隻虎蝦蝦頭好多膏,總體好大隻,蝦身肉質好結實。鹽燒油甘魚鮫呢個油甘魚部位,睇相唔覺咁多肉食,但食落慢慢發覺竟然出乎意料,好多位有好多魚肉,油甘魚魚油分布好豐富,食落充滿魚油,完全唔會乾身,大廚燒過外皮,令外皮食落比較香比較脆。
