原隻澳洲龍蝦,睇樣已經好吸引,廚師亦煮得十分講究,首先煮既係龍蝦鬚,煮熟定型,預備用黎做伴碟之用,再黎原隻開邊龍蝦會先煮一煮,煮到稍熟就可以離殼再切件,再黎就係用番龍蝦頭既膏加上海膽,牛油同酒煮成既汁再燴一下,連煎好既大啡菇都一樣有用個汁燴一燴,真係一絲不苟

廚師話個龍蝦煮到八成熟可以食到個彈牙又食到個鮮味,個火侯廚師的確拿捏得好好,我地食到既感覺正如廚師所講咁,肉質彈牙得黎唔會好韌又食到個鮮味,配堆個香濃既醬汁真係無得彈,個大啡菇都煎得好juicy

兩款都好正,未煎既時候已經見到個薄燒和牛既脂肪分佈得好平均,廚師先炒香一堆䓤蒜,煎好和牛再捲入去,一放入口和牛既油香再配埋蔥蒜真係一絕,阿妹食完都讚不絕口
厚燒相比薄燒就更右加食到個口感,肉質稔滑有濃濃既牛味,加埋少少竹炭海鹽味道啱啱好,廚師介紹話個和牛係保持冰鮮而無冷藏過所以唔會有血水,呢啲道理我唔太了解,反正就係好食啦,連啲配菜都一樣俾我清晒,配菜有比較少見既日本既白露荀,南瓜同蕃薯,配菜都咁出色,所以全部都無得留低,俾我清晒

海膽鮮甜無腥味,炒飯炒得好乾身,粒粒分明,炒飯既配料都係爽口既,其實食到呢碟已經飽,但最後個炒飯都食晒就唔洗講咁多啦

豐富既一餐都要有一個甜品作結先叫圓滿既,雪糕有柚子,士多啤梨,雲喱拿同朱古力可以揀,阿妹揀左少有既柚子,而我就保守派揀士多啤梨,士多啤梨味食落似某M字頭品牌出品,柚子味就有驚喜,真係好有柚子味,威化卷都脆
