To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

帯広はげ天主打地道北海道料理,今次就有幸品嚐到日本主廚親自下廚製作天婦羅廚師發辦🍤 食材非常豐富,更用咗秋天當造嘅柿子製作料理,今次主廚仲融入咗香港嘅食物元素用瀨尿蝦整天婦羅,非常滋味又特別😋-前菜係牛肉南京卷、醬漬牡蠣一口糯米飯同日本柿豆腐沙律,柿同豆腐估唔到味道咁夾,食完濃味啲嘅牛肉卷再食豆腐沙律真係幾夾😌-到咗萬眾期待嘅天婦羅,每樣都係主廚逐樣新鮮炸出嚟,雖然係油炸,但係估唔到食落一啲都唔油膩,外皮又薄又脆。材料包括車海老、松茸、瀨尿蝦、三葉銀杏天婦餅、白身魚、粟米,當中最驚喜係賴尿蝦同粟米,蝦肉質感保持到好彈牙,粟米非常鮮甜😋-主食係特上海寶丼配土瓶鯛魚湯,海寶丼用上新鮮嘅海鮮製作,有海膽、三文魚、鮑魚片等等,拌上開胃嘅芝麻醬配飯一齊食真係超級正☺️ 除咗可以就咁食之外,仲可以淋上特質嘅鯛魚湯變泡飯,令魚生變到有半熟嘅口感非常特別,食落更加鮮味。-最後仲有主廚太太嘅秘制食譜北海道牛奶布甸作結,布甸質感比較紮實,有啲似布甸同蛋糕之間嘅口感,我非常鍾意。布甸蛋香味十足,配埋奶油一齊食非常滿足🥹
