終於試了連續四年獲米芝蓮推介的日本拉麵專門店 — 多賀野！平日晚上來會好一點, 沒有太多人, 不用排隊。他們原來在日本已經開了很多年, 他們採用上等食材, 每日新鮮製作湯底, 亦利用自家製麵條和醬料。拉麵每日店內新鮮製作, 湯汁用上雞、豚肉、鰹魚等食材製作。//粟國塩味沾麵🍜//沾麵湯汁用上豚肉、雞肉、鴨肉、海鮮等食材。沾汁不會太鹹, 不太油膩。沾麵麵條較粗, 質感煙韌彈牙、有嚼勁, 帶淡淡麥香。沾麵挺有掛湯力的, 吸收到沾汁的味道。湯頭清甜, 且可嘗到點點油香。溏心蛋🥚是重點, 蛋味濃, 好好吃 (๑¯∀¯๑)！
