𓋭 𓋭 𓋭來自日本的GARIGUETTE首間海外店落戶香港,主打影片分享平台的拿破崙脆酥Mille-pressé。店內有小量堂食座位,開放式廚房令整間店子都充斥着拿破崙的牛油香和焦糖香。客人隔着玻璃可看到,店員製作拿破崙脆酥的整個過程,療癒又令人垂涎三尺!𓎤 Napoleon ($165)招牌原味士多啤梨拿破崙。在脆酥擠上香滑的吉士忌廉,再將新鮮士多啤梨肉逐塊逐塊鋪滿,每一口都是又香又甜的幸福感!𓎤 Earl Grey & Abricot ($140)香港獨有的限定口味。伯爵紅茶忌廉有淡淡茶香,配上酸甜的杏脯果醬,是甜而不膩的清新組合,個人私心推薦。其實店子還有鹹味拿破崙脆酥,如牛油果煙三文魚、芝士火腿等,全部會配以香滑薯蓉作內餡,好像很好吃的樣子。下次來一定要試試鹹味脆酥作午餐。𓋭 𓋭 𓋭
