To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左朋友食午餐,朋友話黎呢度食,先知道原來九龍酒店地庫有間日本過江龍餐廳😆餐廳環境幾靚,好似話係根足日本本店設計,牆身同枱邊都貼左好多手寫日文餐牌,好似去左日本咁😆午巿套餐有5/6個選擇,我揀左日替便當,今日係燒三文魚腩。三文魚腩有三舊,每舊都幾大舊,厚切,燒得好香,油脂豐富😋好好食!另外有刺身5片,都幾鮮味。每張枱都有幾樽調味醬油,職員會介紹咩食材用邊隻醬料😋美中不足係張枱好細😅放左兩個便當托盤,已經冇晒位😂醬料碟完全放吾落,吾知點落好。下次會晚上黎,應該會更有氣氛😁
