早排去左銅鑼灣的茶涮涮試下佢既日本雪室熟成牛。餐品以套餐為主,刺身3點、野生虎蝦、特選帆立貝、海魚,最平都係四舊水有找,好抵食!肉方面有美國Prime級安格斯小排、澳洲一級肉眼,仲有美國無激素春雞,岩晒一眾食肉獸。叫得雪室熟成和牛,即是雪中熟成的和牛,牛味非常濃郁,市面都好少見。湯底選擇有4款,日本鹿角靈芝花膠元氣雞湯鍋,味道好鮮,而且雞既味道好出。而套餐包括的刺身同海鮮類亦都非常新鮮,仲有大大條時令海魚同虎蝦、帆立貝,十分抵食。
