今次嚟到油麻地一間居酒屋,店舖唔算大,但每一個位置裝飾都有特色,周圍貼滿晒千與千尋畫,又用櫻花鋪滿成間舖頭,令到舖頭氣氛勁有日本風🌸🌸🌸今次叫咗⚫️芥末八爪魚 $48係一款開胃前菜,微微嘅芥末汁配上生嘅八爪魚,八爪魚底下係一啲沙律菜,撈起上嚟食更加開胃😄⚫️麻辣牛舌 $38每舊牛舌都好厚,配上麻辣汁,牛舌底下又係一啲沙律菜,麻辣汁唔算太濃味同埋辣,清清地嘅另一款前菜⚫️鹽燒三文魚鰭 $58三文魚鰭燒到好脆,但係咬落去唔會太乾⚫️香蒜一口和牛粒 $68和牛炒到唔會太熟,大約七成左右,所以食落去唔會太乾同埋太韌,另外配上一啲菇類,味道好易入口⚫️蟹肉海膽炒飯 $88我覺得最出色嘅一味,將海膽同蟹籽撈埋啲飯入面,每一啖都食到微微嘅海膽味蟹肉碎同埋蟹籽,覺得層次感好多,好好味😃😃⚫️巨峰提子梳打 $38開胃解渴😁整體嚟講,又係一間好有特色風味嘅日本風居酒屋,二人食咗$372

係一款開胃前菜,微微嘅芥末汁配上生嘅八爪魚,八爪魚底下係一啲沙律菜,撈起上嚟食更加開胃😄

每舊牛舌都好厚,配上麻辣汁,牛舌底下又係一啲沙律菜,麻辣汁唔算太濃味同埋辣,清清地嘅另一款前菜

我覺得最出色嘅一味,將海膽同蟹籽撈埋啲飯入面,每一啖都食到微微嘅海膽味蟹肉碎同埋蟹籽,覺得層次感好多,好好味😃😃
