To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1993年開業至今,不經不覺快三十載的『加太賀』今天特意到訪。店主自創享負盛名,令無數日本料理店複製的《花之戀壽司》 當年前超人氣,客人多至可同一條街不停開分店,都不離紅磡崇潔街,用意方便控制食材品質,並把整條街佈置成日本橫町感覺一樣,記得年青時,等位時還有遊戲玩。曾到訪過的明星簽名直情夠做牆紙。非常抵飲之梅酒雖然近年比較少吃三文魚,但來的『加太賀』怎麼 可不叫花之戀, 四大塊三文魚腩,大大嚿飯加多多沙律醬配上魚子, 未吃視覺的回憶已經出曬嚟!三文魚夠鮮,記得年青時特別喜歡一啖成嚿食曬 不過女生應該做唔到(太巨型)。每個成功背後都有個故事,一個成功嘅壽司都唔少得。正常, 但略嫌海膽份量少,漿口感覺亦較弱。牛舌面層燒得夠香,但背面就沒有焦香了,如果燒得生多一點點會更好,但是值得一題,配上醬料有點兒柚子微酸味,加像沙嗲惹味及似wasabi的微辣,很特別😋😋燒雞翼我鍾..意食,不過吃落不像日式鹽燒雞翼,有點兒像炸完再燒感覺,味道還可以。雞泡魚乾,送酒絕配,面焦香,內煙韌必吃之選。PS. 以前人氣排隊要提前一小時,現因疫情關係半場人都未夠。~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~食物賣相
