花貝日本料理 (銅鑼灣)銅鑼灣開平道1號CUBUS 6樓為咗慶祝父親節,所以揀咗呢間傳統日式居酒屋同屋企人一齊食下廚師發板👍🏻 一出獵見到餐廳門口好高級,室內環境都算大有吧枱同卡位,好好彩被分到坐吧枱可以欣賞廚師處理食材😍揀咗個板前 Omakase,每位$888(前菜三點、刺身五點、壽司十貫、手卷、湯、甜品)第一道菜有沖繩水雲、甜番茄配牛油果醬、鮟鱇魚肝。食落幾開胃,鮟鱇魚肝經過火炙更加濃味第二道菜刺身有薄切左口魚、牡丹蝦、有象拔蚌、深海池魚、大拖羅。每樣刺身都好新鮮之後就開始係壽司,分別有間八、伊佐木、真鯛、白蝦、赤貝、中拖羅、小肌魚、赤鯥、海膽、鯛魚乾食完壽司仲有海膽手卷,半個手掌咁長嘅開海膽超冰凍鮮甜,簡直係大滿足然後會有個雞白湯配手打雞肉,幾特別唔係麵豉湯最後一道菜係甜品有蜜瓜、黑糖蕨餅
