等左兩個月終於去到食依間人氣壽喜燒 🤤 一個師傅只可以負責一枱客人 ,一餐都要預算60mins左右,所以記得要早啲預約‼️晚市有兩個套餐,Mori omakase ($1480up) 同 sukiyaki ($680) 如果第一次去,建議可以試左sukiyaki set 先啊🥰Sukiyaki set ($680)🔺前菜 : 簡單嘅粟米🌽同枝豆,無須任何調味,都十分鮮甜! 仲有香椒茄子啫喱,酸酸地好開胃😋🔺蒸物 : 係櫻花蝦蒸蛋,蒸蛋好香滑而且啖啖都有櫻花蝦,蛋汁都有淡淡的蝦味,好鮮甜 🤤🔺野菜 : 雜菜盤全部來自日本🇯🇵 師傅會將肉類同雜菜夾雜咁烹煮 減低油膩感! 有日本既大蔥/ 香菇 / 烏絲 / 蒟蒻 / 大白菜 / 豆腐等等 ~ 大蔥配埋壽喜燒汁同砂糖一齊煎,煎得好香完全無生洋蔥既味道! 🔺A4和牛 : 採用A4近江牛,分別有肉眼,西冷同牛肩胛~師傅先由肉眼煎起,灑上砂糖,再放牛肉,使和牛焦糖化,味道更香口!肉眼比較軟淋,建議吾使點生蛋漿,食落牛味更加香濃😋 而西冷肉味較重,相對韌度高,配蛋漿食會令口感更佳!牛腱肩肉脂肪分配相當平均,口感軟滑,我哋覺得最好食🤤另外白飯可以無限添加

🔺甜品方面有黃豆粉缺餅同牛乳布甸,牛乳布甸超香滑,奶味香濃,完全冇蘇味,好想食多幾碗🥲
