好難得地預到好師父,師父好自豪佢係由日本廚房出黎,因為佢係壽師Maker and sauce maker。墨魚腐皮:腐皮好有咬口,配合彈牙墨魚仔,醬汁味唔係太重,食到腐皮墨魚味蛋,順住個舌頭流入喉嚨好滑蛋高湯好香金目鯛壽司:唔可以點鼓油,帶甘甜,很有日本味愛女魚:有粉粉地口感深海池魚:燒後,帶出油香味左口魚:好厚肉,油味不得了,唔捨得吞帶子:有味噌係面,帶子好似take 返個break! 去返鮮甜細左口魚:咬口,魚鮮味,配radish, 好新鮮。Tuna(背): 有mustard 嘅香,魚鮮味大Toro(腩) : 用蘿白去中和返個油脂。食落好油但唔會膩魚湯:飲完,個咀係痴嘅。係濃郁嘅魚湯先有咁嘅感覺廚師會不斷問你ok?
