友人於尖沙咀發現了一家新開的日式料理餐廳,主打廚師發辦套餐,相約於冬至日一試餐廳坐位不多就只有約六個,由師傅親自一個人打理日本師傅只會日語及少量英文,晚市有兩款套餐,食材會因應時令有所改變每位$880的套餐包括前菜五款盛盒、刺身五款盛合、燒魚、煮物三款、肉類、溫菜、飯食、湯及甜品前菜五款盛合皆是些日式開胃菜配上不同醬汁及酸汁,賣相精緻刺身五款盛合有時令牡丹蝦、帶子、三文魚、白魷魚、醋鯖魚是日燒魚乃北寄貝,師傅於貝殼上加入清湯烹調,北寄貝爽口,連帶熱湯亦充滿鮮味煮物三款有奶滑的白子、滿腔甘飴的海膽奶凍及時令魚生粒肉類用上香濃麵豉醬配高質和牛在香葉上輕燒火候控制得很好,入口油脂豐富,肉質鮮嫩可口溫菜粉嫩豆腐上放上松葉蟹腳,羹頭清甜飯食為鯖魚押壽司,紫蘇花令味覺略為清一清湯很清澈,有蘿蔔絲菠菜麵,十分飽暖甜品為富有杮、香印提子及黃豆粉厥餅,絕對係完美嘅收結餐廳有數款清酒供應!初孫魔斬生酛純米本辛口米甜辛辣交融
