最近發現咗一間有質素嘅居酒屋。位置於灣仔一個保育建築物內,內裡裝潢仍然保留原貌之外,還加入了一些日系原素。崎玉味噌炸薯仔味噌味濃郁,但不會太濃太鹹,配合薯仔好夾。手工煎蛋拌白飯魚仔即叫即做,蛋香四溢,中間還夾著白飯魚仔,滋味。吉列一品鮑魚炸過嘅鮑魚依然軟腍有嚼口。伴菜係炸牛蒡,香脆惹味。白鱔串燒到皮脆肉嫩。煮牛筋牛筋夠入味,充滿骨膠原。鹿兒島豬肉卷燒飯團好正!豬肉包裏著飯團,淋上甜醬汁,味道濃厚。
