To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太古居民要喺附近搵間高質少少既日本餐廳都有唔少選擇,不過我最愛都係呢間近屋企,中等價格既千両。由喺原址喺太古城中心既時間已經經常幫襯,水準一直保持。壽司材料新鮮,由日本新鮮直送,每晚特定時間都有特選推介,由廚師用廣播向客人推介。推介肥美的三文魚腩壽司,海膽壽司。蒸蛋同蟹籽沙律前菜喺我每次必必必點,雖然蟹籽沙律喺唔喺menu, 但侍應會照落單。沙律用料十足,新鮮整!仲有燒牛舌同粟米,又係正到無論~雖然話係連鎖經營,但係千両都做得好有誠意,經常有新菜或時令菜式推出。未試過失望,所以真係當飯堂咁去。
