 灣仔這個舊區藏著不少橫街窄巷,今次就在船街發掘到一間特色小店Flagship。餐廳面積不大,枱與枱之間距離較近,坐得比較擠。餐牌主打中西fusion菜式,午餐時段亦有set lunch供應。咸蛋黃醬凱撒沙律 $158將中式咸蛋黃醬混合脆口的麵包粒及煙肉片,中西融合而沒有違和感,蔬菜新鮮爽脆,嫩口之餘水分亦充足。不過個人口味認為調味比較重手,吃多了就覺得有點重口味。除此之外,還點了兩碟main dish。日本保濕豬配蔓越莓醬 $168單看保濕豬的菜式名確實叫人摸不著頭腦,原來採用保濕技術,令豬鞍扒能夠保存更多水份,於煮食時更能保留肉汁。保濕豬以鹽水把肉汁保持,本身已帶有天然鹹味,肉質柔軟得來油脂感較輕。焗法式春雞 $168春雞大約有半隻份量,由於骨架比較大,所以不算太厚肉。烤焗火候控制得剛好,把油份迫出,變得肉汁豐富,肉質嫩滑。
