To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 周末一早和朋友約早茶。在添好運還沒有開門的時候我們已經到達,自然一開門就有位坐。最後我們離開時門口已排滿人這一間添好運應該是最大的,裝修也是最精心的,因為來得早,上菜也很快菜式方面,酥皮叉燒包推薦就不用說啦;另外我發現甜的點心都有些過甜,比如油炸奶黃包,本來就油炸,奶黃餡很甜,吃到最後很難吃完;馬拉糕也略甜;南瓜西米露口感很好,細膩濃厚,只是又太甜,喝不下去很多還有一個有趣發現 基本所有點心都是三個,最適合三個好友一起來吃哈哈
