To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日早上想嘆咖啡,選了位置方便,地鐵站出口旁的《南角》。裝修大玩懷舊情懷,坐位也頗寬躺。《Egg Ham Toast + Mango Soda》意式火腿配上炒蛋,再加上黑魚子醬提升味道,炒蛋炒得夠滑但厭蛋香不夠香,魚子醬亦不足帶出咸香,整體是可想像的味道。芒果梳打全靠添加的香草,令整杯飲品味道有點特色,否則就非常普通了。《Big Brekkie + Flat White》點了全日早餐,都是大路食材。炒蛋、雞肉腸、煙三文魚、蕃茄、磨菇、多士及沙律,味道都是可以想像到的,沒有很大的特色,賣相也一般。至於咖啡,香濃味不足,跟附近cafe 店的咖啡比較,就比較遜色了。整體而言,cafe 店食物及飲品都較大路,印象不深刻,唯獨懷舊裝修令小店突圍而出。

點了全日早餐,都是大路食材。炒蛋、雞肉腸、煙三文魚、蕃茄、磨菇、多士及沙律,味道都是可以想像到的,沒有很大的特色,賣相也一般。至於咖啡,香濃味不足,跟附近cafe 店的咖啡比較,就比較遜色了。
