To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝公司有突發事件,六點未夠就要坐埋位眅住。到十點幾已經餓到不得了,同事就去買早餐回來,一式過買晒早晨全餐。雖然話就有幾款,但好似份份都差不多。份量頗大,坦白講是正餐份量。有個炒粗麵同菠蘿油,加隻煎蛋,又有一碗蠔豉肉碎粥,加杯熱野,只賣18蚊,都唔好話唔平。當然價錢平,份量多,食物品質就要將就一下,粗炒得個油字,沒甚味道;粥亦如是,雖然眼見粥內有料,但味道還是淡如開水;菠蘿包算是最好的一環,包還熱熱地,中間一塊牛油厚厚的,面頭的椰蓉酥皮非常脆,是真的一路食一路趺,如果喜歡這樣的朋友,這個菠蘿包也會合心意。總結是「平」及「一定飽」,當然不能說是「靚」及「正」。
