To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經常一放假就同阿女一齊去大快活食早餐,阿女最愛吉列豬趴炒蛋再加一個番茄通粉。哩間豬趴同炒蛋都做得好好,豬趴好脆唔係軟噠噠,炒蛋唔係預先一早炒好,睇得出係即炒,好滑好香。而我就叫魚柳或牛扒餐多,再加杯熱奶茶,一個完美早晨套餐。
