To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係九龍城街坊， 係呢區茶餐廳其實質素都差唔多， 街市3/f 樂園的雪菜米一直係我早餐最愛，可惜得散叫無跟餐，加杯熱飲 埋單要$5x. 候王道紅雞開左一排由於成日排長龍一直都無機會試試，今日11am路過見佢無乜人， 早餐又去到1130, 就試下啦。坐下就oder左蕃茄牛通+ 滑蛋+豬肉腸+厚 多士， 加杯熱奶茶， 完美組合。 蕃茄牛通味道都好住家feel, 牛肉新鮮， 如果湯底帶d蕃茄+ 紅蘿蔔就完美(我認我貪心) 。 豬肉腸高質，又唔算太鹹， 多士塗滿牛油(肥死) ， 麵包鬆軟又厚，牛油食得出係靚野，好過附近d茶餐廳。加埋熱奶茶， 都只係$42, 非常超值。
