To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上搵野食,想食碗熱辣辣既野,「魚米」未試過,湯底應該不錯吧!就呢間啦!入到去先覺得有陣怪味。。樓面侍應2個,一個喺counter聽各賣電話、收錢,另一個在清潔,客人數位,但全場冷清清。。好唔容易有侍應幫我落單。。叫了個粟米火腿湯頂級通粉配頂級餐肉牛油多士。這個就是「頂級」餐肉配牛油「多士」?一塊無乜烘過的麵包加一片類似豬仔的午餐肉囉,好唔好食就係一般的餐肉麵包味道。粟米火腿湯頂級通粉,好大碗呀!湯底好馬馬,通粉食落有啲硬硬地未煮得透咁。。凍檸茶望落色水不錯!但飲落無茶味。。第一次食,無信心再試了。
