To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城有好多餐廳，今次試下呢間未食過嘅茶記。佢早餐大約40幾蚊，喺呢個區嚟講唔算平，不過質素有交代。薑汁牛肉通粉一上枱碗通粉熱到出煙，聞到好香嘅薑味。湯底飲落有好濃嘅肉同薑味，牛肉又冇柴皮，鍾意薑味嘅人一定會喜歡。叉燒湯意粉上枱同樣都係熱辣辣出晒煙，叉燒夠淋份量都好足，湯底都有叉燒味，唔係上枱之前先放上去嗰種。另外佢早餐嘅麵包可以免費轉做丹麥多士，件多士上枱都係熱嘅，又香又脆。餐飲奶茶不過不失，杏霜落足料夠濃。整體成個早餐都好滿足，有機會再試下佢其他食物。
