To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友剛巧早上來中環，順便一起吃個快靚正早餐，小聚片刻。由於時間不多，就選了大家都就腳位於中環地鐵上蓋的環球廣場 delifrance. 算是不平又不貴的選擇，而且人不多，一定有空位可坐，又不會趕人走吧。自選三拼料牛角包連咖啡，我選了火雞片，炒蘑菇，煎蛋。整體算是正常，不過我誤會了，以為是火雞肉，原來是薄薄的火雞片，有點小失望，算偏貴，因為男生應該會不夠飽吧。不過這個價錢，換來在中環的鬧市環境跟朋友小聚，算是可以接受了。
