To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早餐抵食一流之選雪菜米

不是第一次嚟食，每次嚟食都好期待佢個雪菜肉絲米粉啲，雪菜食落好新鮮（雖然醃製過，但係感覺沒有放很久）似係自家製的個煎蛋就煎得樣貌不好，但味道還好平時多數食炒蛋嘅今日就是煎蛋咁腸仔就油咗少少我就健康為主就要方包走油佢平時餐是跟多士凍奶茶好好飲茶底OK 沒有怪味（有時有啲茶記有怪味）成份餐都係一個齊全，我需要嘅完整早餐元素都10分飽肚可以滿足一日嘅需要夜晚先食晚餐今次加咗凍飲，咁就盛惠$42都大滿足嘅，咁我再放埋佢嘅Menu俾大家睇
