To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香煎雞扒公仔麵，成個餐$35。.我轉左米粉，因為佢啲米粉係好幼身嘅，唔會索晒啲湯汁然後變得好脹，我勁鍾意呢個爽、彈嘅質感！😝😝😝.佢塊雞扒大過手板，煎得好金黃，又香脆又多汁，超正，朝頭早就食得咁邪惡，不得了！🥰🥰🥰😜😜.另外仲配左牛油厚多士，同兩款肉或蛋類，我揀咗炒雙蛋，滑溜又creamy， 應該係加咗牛奶炒啦。🥰😋.嘢飲方面，我叫咗熱阿華田，絕對唔係水份多，起碼攞咗幾羹阿華田粉，同埋花奶，飲完暖笠笠，好滿足！🤤
