Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早餐種類少得令人失望

因有家人於酒店出門，所以Book了一晚房間加兩位自助早餐，早餐種類少得令人失望，係我食過咁多間酒店最少選擇的一間，這間還要是5星級酒店。包類 : 方包兩款、麵包3款熱盤 : 茄汁豆、腸仔、煙肉、炒飯點心 : 叉燒包、乾蒸牛肉粥類 : 蟹粥(只得這款可以接受)糕點 : 3-4款凍盤 : 沙律、生果、火腿還有奄列、橙汁、西柚汁、咖啡奶茶。餐廳員工服務態度一般，既沒員工收碟，奄列師父還跟同事在鬥咀，難道這就是5星級的服務吧!餐廳環境陳舊，跟我多年前光顧時的裝修沒大分別，我想係時候要改變一下。

粥類 : 蟹粥(只得這款可以接受)
糕點 : 3-4款
凍盤 : 沙律、生果、火腿
還有奄列、橙汁、西柚汁、咖啡奶茶。

餐廳員工服務態度一般，既沒員工收碟，奄列師父還跟同事在鬥咀，難道這就是5星級的服務吧!

餐廳環境陳舊，跟我多年前光顧時的裝修沒大分別，我想係時候要改變一下。
