To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上9:30去到已經要等一陣位,真係估唔到呢個時候咁多人食早餐,不過等咗大概5分鐘到好快就有得入座不過啲間隔都幾迫,如果唔係坐卡位嘅話,正常嘅座位入去嘅時候都會撞到隔離枱隔離枱講啲咩我係完全聽到,有啲壓迫感咁叫咗個粟米白汁雞肉湯米粉,雞肉份量唔算多,其實係雞扒嚟㗎,得三舊到,不過米粉份量都還可以,湯底食得出係似忌廉雞肉湯,食完唔會太口渴火腿通粉就冇咩特別,湯底好似都係同一個,不過就會附送蒜香牛油厚多士,不過完全食唔出蒜蓉味,唔使錢嘅話就冇所謂,都只係一塊普通嘅牛油多士,勝在夠熱同啱啱烘起
