To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大家樂快餐連鎖店，相信大家由細到大都幫襯過，真係唔想寫她的食評。但自問細路仔時，覺得大家樂之食物很有味道，非常好食，食物賣相更令人流哂口水，一有零用錢便幫襯，尤其是其以前之炸雞髀、紅荳冰、西多士更是非食不可，至於鐵板炒野更甚惹味，令人食指大動。現在的大家樂，出名及上市後，除了其店舖裝修得舒適外，其它如食物水平均令人大失所望，看看今次食這份吉列豬扒，炸得過火，賣相太差，儂得很，食落質感太硬，完全不爽脆。而炸魚柳更炸得更乾，魚塊邊完全不能食，味道只能較附加之沙律醬才能有些味道。份量方面，覺得太細份，尤其是其雞扒早餐，兩啖便吃完。炸得太乾，魚塊四邊硬到不想食太儂了，賣相已影响食慾Menu位置和點餐位不太連，若買多款食物要考考記性需改善，排完隊都忘記一家五口食d乜。其實，有點情意結會間中食大家樂，希望佢地d高層要change，給回大眾對大家樂之好感。
