To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢朝同個老友喺商場搵地方食早餐，行來行去發覺好多食店都近乎滿座，惟獨呢間有d位，有d位重係卡位添，於是就入左去。原來呢間食店都幾追得上潮流，要d客用手机scan個QR code落單。好嘅，方便又環保，敝就敝在揀到最尾，個套餐杯飲品竟然要廿幾蚊一杯，唔係套餐包埋飲品咩。唔係阿話，即刻叫個侍應嚟問問，佢話唔駛理個價錢，照tick得喇，咁你呢個落單apps真係要改善吓喇呢個皮蛋瘦肉粥d料就一般般喇，最敝就半冷不熱，俾人有種唔太新鲜嘅感覺囉。呢個炒米粉又係凍嘅，口感就真係麻麻，而家係食炒米粉喎，唔係食冷麵喎，起碼都叮吓至攞出嚟吖。呢個公仔麵就大路貨色，不過不失咁喇，d麵都煮得爽嘅，肉就一般，唔屬於韌嘅。就呢兩個早餐而言，該店出品算係麻麻地，亮點欠奉 。
