To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日朝早黎左呢到食早餐,有次經過覺得個裝修都幾好想試下我11點黎到,門口都有d人等緊位,咁我就等左5分鐘就入到黎我就叫左早餐🥣(蕃茄扁意粉加多士,凍奶茶),塊多士好快黎左,食左一啖覺得牛油味好重,我就唔太中意,不過值得一讚佢係原塊厚多士咁上之後等左好耐,個扁意粉終於黎左,個蕃茄湯底都幾好味,不過同意粉又唔太夾不過有一樣野係哩到d侍應服務有d奇怪。因為當我食緊意粉個陣,我有隻多士盤疊住左個意粉盤,佢地二話不說就拎走左,有d嚇親我。另外,我仲發覺有個女侍應好惡咁叫人地做野,搞到我一度食早餐,一度又唔自在。
