To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日要早,起去女女間學校到為入學進行家長會,所以點都要食返個提神早餐,醒醒去,係去學校路程中,經過一間新開既餐廳,名為九龍餐室,對我地黎啲80後實在太有共嗚,膽粗粗入去試試,環境ok,要等一等位,但都好快,叫左一個英式早餐,配雞扒,有塊丹麥包,丹麥包係我近期最愛,有兩仔芝士腸仔,炒滑蛋。芝士腸仔,同炒滑蛋,不過不失,冇咩突破,但個塊雞扒,雖然明顯係拉油拉熟,但唔會多油,油溫控制唔錯,有少少焦香,底味幾好,香口同唔會有雪藏味,加多杯熱奶茶。滿足
