To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗荃灣買嘢,去到荃薈商場,諗住搵間餐廳食早餐,經過見到呢間餐廳都多人,就入咗去食,無人招呼及指示座位,自己搵位坐就可以😂,環境及裝修感覺舒適,服務就一般般,叫咗個早餐,吉列魚柳炒蛋,配牛油多士,茄汁烤焗豆,熱咖啡。牛油麵包烤得香脆,魚柳炸得夠脆,不過就冇乜魚味,沾魚柳的千島醬味道有啲怪,覺得好難食,雞蛋炒得過熟,茄汁豆正常,整體早餐覺得一般。吉列魚柳炒蛋配牛油多士茄汁烤焗豆,熱咖啡$43。
