沙爹牛通，有些牛肉有筋，但整體夠林，仲有牛肉味，沙爹亦夠濃。通粉都夠彈牙喎。炒蛋即係煎一隻攪左既蛋，好薄。煎火腿用貴火腿，但得半塊，好，都唔錯。凍鴦好，兩者都唔會太搶，夠濃滑，用冰杯又保溫，正。
