中菜出左名以「鮮」為主題,而今次介紹位於中環金融中心嘅「4口」就出名定期採購新鮮時令食材,次次嚟到都有新鮮感。松子薑蓉菠菜選用新鮮翠綠嘅菠菜,再加入薑蓉和松子粒。菠菜清新又多汁,仲有松子嘅獨特果仁味添。砂鍋豆瓣焗黃魚另一款時令嘅季節菜式,店員送上嚟嘅時候已經聞到好香嘅蒜蓉味。選用咗新鮮嘅季節黃魚,魚肉夠哂嫩滑又唔多骨,配搭比較濃郁嘅豆瓣醬仲可以加添鮮味添。福建鮮海蠣泗粉 主角當然係海蠣,新鮮又有海鮮嘅甜味。而泗粉就夠哂彈性,吸引哂湯底嘅海鮮味。廈門沙茶麵估唔到有咁多海鮮:鮮蝦、魚片和蜆肉。配搭辣和香嘅沙茶,令人想一試再試。4口 (中環)中環金融街8號國際金融中心商場2樓2012號舖

主角當然係海蠣,新鮮又有海鮮嘅甜味。而泗粉就夠哂彈性,吸引哂湯底嘅海鮮味。

估唔到有咁多海鮮:鮮蝦、魚片和蜆肉。配搭辣和香嘅沙茶,令人想一試再試。
