Happy Friday,繼續分享本週心水食記:雖然我不迷信,但昨天再訪天際萬豪酒店,與好友們在萬豪中菜廳吃了一頓喜慶撈起開年飯後,的確時來運轉!而且該頓午宴驚喜不斷,值得仔細記錄~昨天是年十一,餐廳新年的佈置仍在,一片喜慶的感覺。連上囝囝,這天一共8人,又是吉祥的數字,豐富的一頓,就結合了精緻的點心拼盤、喜慶撈起,還有胡師傅的拿手好菜! 首先是充滿喜慶的 三文魚撈起;有眼得見,這撈起的三文魚新鮮又肥美,刺身多於沙律菜,還加上金箔特別矜貴吸晴!與三文魚撈起同上還有新出不久、夢幻漂亮的 香檳蝦餃;比起早年在隆濤院吃的版本,這裡的蝦餃更碩大飽滿,加上金箔貴氣逼人來,絕對睇得又食得!  這次也重溫了 蘿蔔絲天鵝酥,精緻而唯妙唯肖的天鵝酥清脆酥化、絕不油膩,中間蘿蔔絲鮮香帶甜、入口即化,又是非常值得推介。還有 燒賣皇,店方已經預上8隻,不過大食囝連媽媽那份也吃掉了,所以今次不評了。但見他吃得那麼開心,應該味道很好。 在我們邊趁熱享用點心的同時,兩位靚女靚太已經幫手將三文魚及其他配料撈起!再撈起! 完成開餐了~平時的三文魚撈起,加甜桔醬就可以了,這裡版本卻需要魚生豉油及 wasabi,因為...

完成開餐了~平時的三文魚撈起,加甜桔醬就可以了,這裡版本卻需要魚生豉油及 wasabi,因為...!!! 那三文魚是非常的新鮮又肥美,這天囝囝也淨食了幾好片。

之後是位上的 燉松茸螺頭湯,成品火候十足、足料又滋陰,甜魔媽媽很快就連湯帶料全部吃光喝光;至於囝囝也乖乖飲完一整盅湯!

接著是甜魔媽媽想念多時、異常美味的 蜜餞叉燒皇 ($158),用上豐腴梅頭位置、烤得微焦的叉燒拌以熱雨花石卵上檯,淋上醬汁即帶來煙霧仙境效果;而主角叉燒熱熨稔滑,咬下去肉汁飛濺,同時視覺味覺大大滿足!

當日還吃了 羅蔔絲炸蟹餅,香脆不油的金黃外層下,蟹餅拌以蘿蔔絲,沒傳統西式版本那麼鹹,反帶一絲清甜,加上嫩甜的賽螃蟹,以及蟹餅的好朋友沙律醬,豐足令人滿意。

接著又是超水準的 發財鮑魚牛舌卷 ($328),厚切又酥香牛舌外層是口感稔滑澳洲鮑片,鮑汁令味道更鮮濃,再加上髮菜的點綴,高貴且味道豐富美味,連同上的配菜也非常清爽好吃!

來到押尾的 腿絲時蔬 及 新竹炒金瑤時,其實甜魔媽媽已經很飽了;但清爽嫩甜的菜芯加上腿絲勾味,健康又好吃,令人無法抗拒;炒米更加乾身香口,美味不得了,很快又清了碟!

去到最後的自選甜品糖水環節,點了凍食的 牛油果珍珠露 ($52),因為這香滑清甜的珍珠露,是為萬豪中菜廳獨有,別處不易吃到!

滿足一頓後,同晚就找到照片雜訊原因:錯手將ISO推到6400;今天更拿到妹妹康復的醫生證明,很感恩!隨著妹妹好轉,相信甜魔家很快又會再訪,享受最後的迪士尼銀卡特選週末~
