To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從唔係港島返工 都冇行過謝斐道一帶。呢頭比較多平野食,岩曬得一個鐘lunch ge打工人士,快快趣又唔貴,所以一至五lunch time都幾多人。今次同朋友星期6行街搵野食,見到係新開(離開港島返工之前冇見過),就入去試下。店舖相比其他餐廳黎講唔大,不過乾淨舒服又唔逼。野食ge選擇唔多,不過夠特色,至少好過普通茶餐廳唔開眼睇menu都估到,咪又係個幾樣野食... 好想試鮮忌廉雞湯,不過今次撞唔岩時間,唯有下次先食過啦! 最後叫左午2 同午5朋友好鍾意食咖喱,所以叫左吉列龍脷鮮香茅咖喱飯 $56。佢話聞到又食到咖喱香辣味,不過係少少辣唔係好辣,似日式個隻。我覺得其中一樣值得欣賞ge係飯,唔知點解我近日出去食飯,好多時都食到好淋、糊仔咁似埋一舊舊... 可能係最近食個d大部份都係咁,太耐冇食過好似呢間咁d飯一粒粒挺身,感動我就食有脆脆午餐肉呢個蕃茄湯通粉。其實覺得$46食個茄通+多士炒蛋+野飲,有d唔抵。不過望落平平無奇,但其實個湯杰身架! 仲要茄茸鋪面,好濃,完全唔係羅宋湯底加幾粒蕃茄ge感覺,我呢個蕃茄愛好者自覺冇叫錯! 「脆脆」我估係煎過ge意思,係有煎過,不過加左湯未係好食得出「

朋友好鍾意食咖喱,所以叫左吉列龍脷鮮香茅咖喱飯 $56。佢話聞到又食到咖喱香辣味,不過係少少辣唔係好辣,似日式個隻。我覺得其中一樣值得欣賞ge係飯,唔知點解我近日出去食飯,好多時都食到好淋、糊仔咁似埋一舊舊... 可能係最近食個d大部份都係咁,太耐冇食過好似呢間咁d飯一粒粒挺身,感動

我就食有脆脆午餐肉呢個蕃茄湯通粉。其實覺得$46食個茄通+多士炒蛋+野飲,有d唔抵。不過望落平平無奇,但其實個湯杰身架! 仲要茄茸鋪面,好濃,完全唔係羅宋湯底加幾粒蕃茄ge感覺,我呢個蕃茄愛好者自覺冇叫錯! 「脆脆」我估係煎過ge意思,係有煎過,不過加左湯未係好食得出「脆脆」,另上應該會好d,但係舊舊都好大粒,唔孤寒有誠意ge餐廳我真係好欣賞

一睇杯咖啡ge表面就知係即磨,唔係沖出黎有大泡泡係面。啡走係地道少少ge餐廳先有,仲要係即磨啡走,真係好少可! $46個餐仲要配至平都要$1x 杯ge即磨啡走,灣仔地段你估有幾多間?
新開冇幾耐,襯未係好多人發掘到呢間野,好去試下啦! 平時係灣仔食開lunch個幾間,普普通通冇咩特別,都係差唔多價錢架啦!
