📍今個月放平日假,終於可以食到book mark咗好耐嘅雲壽司!呢度嘅omakase set價錢唔貴,分咗三款唔同set,價格介乎$380~680。🍴•翔SHO•今次揀嘅呢個set入面有10款壽司、1款手卷同麵豉湯,店員會先問有冇邊款魚類係唔食,同需唔需要加wasabi喺壽司入邊。每款壽司會由淡至濃味順次序奉上,今次是令嘅壽司分別有赤貝、北海道帶子、白蝦、金目鯛、吞拿魚面頰肉、海膽、拖羅、火炙銀鱈魚等。拖羅入口即化嘅質感真係唔捨得一啖放晒入口,但當中最驚喜嘅係吞拿魚面頰肉,微微炙燒過後更有口感仲帶點彈牙。另外銀鱈魚平時都係食開西京燒比較多,但今次經火炙後半熟更滑身同鮮味!最後嘅香蔥拖羅手卷,成個手卷食到落尾都仲有好多拖羅蓉,同埋每一啖都食到香蔥碎,之後有機會會再試埋佢嘅丼飯😋
